9. Limitations on Liability

CSC Labs SIA and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products or website.

10. Refunds and Returns

Refunds or replacements are issued only at the sole discretion of CSC Labs SIA and only in cases where products arrive damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers must provide sufficient proof of damage within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order.
CSC Labs SIA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized packages, including those held or rejected by customs authorities. No refunds will be issued for issues arising from shipping, handling, or customs procedures beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Latvia and adjudicated in Latvian courts unless otherwise required by international law.
